Most of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They brought me food to my room (which they don't usually do) when I couldn't leave because my child was napping. They mailed me important documentation I left behind in the hotel, and went so far as to send the manager to the post-office and mail it first class. Great breakfast, good location.

Breakfast was great with lots of nice choices; room had ample space; appreciated the Keurig , microwave, refrigerator and safe! bedding and bed very comfortable. Cleanliness was A+. If I were to visit again, would ask for a room not facing El Camino Real. Road noise at certain times was very distracting.

We got a private room with a view of the trees and plants/flowers. The bathroom was really nice especially the two shower heads. My toddler enjoyed running around the big room.
